Jindabyne long lunch

December 19 , 2014  –  Kim Neville Catering ran and very successfully organised Jindabyne’s first long lunch. A celebration of the 50 th year anniversary of the relocation of the township of Jindabyne, Kim was tasked with serving fine fare to 87 guests

Entrée  – Smoked Trout Pated w’ Thin Toasts – Beetroot & Goat Cheese Tart

Main     – Beef w’ Béarnaise Sauce- Lamb w’ Fig Feta & Balsamic Glaze-Potato Salad- Roquette Salad

Dessert -Selection of sweet treats including Bite size delights from Tracie at East Jindabyne.
